Meet Kristen and Darin Snedeker of Good Neighbor Investors. We have lived locally in the Greater Sacramento area for over 19 years. Kristen owns a boutique real estate brokerage and Darin serves the community in Civil Service. We have a passion for renovating homes that have fallen into disrepair while helping people along the way. 

Together, we have fully remodeled two of our personal homes plus four of out of state rental properties which allowed us to "learn the ropes" of how to run a successful renovation. Once we realized we could use our passion and knowledge to help better people and neighborhoods we decided to launch Good Neighbor Investors and the rest in history!
